Return Eligibility
- Products: Only defective products are eligible for return and must be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at [warranty@blueline.global](mailto:warranty@blueline.global) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Returns will not be accepted without an RA Number.
2. Packaging and Shipping: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipment. All shipping charges for returns must be prepaid and insured by you. Blue Line Solutions is not responsible for any loss or damage to the item during return shipping and does not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Defective Products: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned defective product, we will process an exchange for the same item. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a refund.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice are non-refundable. Any refunded amounts will exclude these costs.
- Processing Time: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

- Shipping Charges: You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returns. These costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Insurance: We recommend insuring your return shipment as you are responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

Shipping Information
- Global Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- Shipping Estimates: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
- Weight-Based Rates: Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
